Meet Kate, A Big Blue Swimmer Turned College Athlete!

We recently received an email from a family updating us on one of our old swimmers:

John, Chris, and Mike

I wanted to let you know that one of your very first swim team members is heading off to college in the Fall and is swimming Division III.

Kate was recruited by several schools and has chosen to attend Illinois College, Jacksonville IL.

Her High School coach and soon to be college coach has both mentioned on multiple occasions that her stroke technique and form are excellent. I credit her swim techniques and skill set to OLPH/Big Blue coaches. We are very grateful to you for being a very big part of this journey.

When talking to Kate's former coaches they couldn't believe she is already graduating high school. They all said what a hard worker and a leader she was on the swim team! Congratualtions Kate on your upcoming graduation and good luck in your college swimming career!
