Our make-up policy allows you to miss up to 15 lessons over the course of a year. Make-up lessons can be booked within the next 7 days that your request is processed. Ensure that you let us know you are missing a regular class and would like to book a make-up lesson through the app, chat, email, phone, or SMS.
