Meet the Managers of Centennial: Jamie & Sandy

We can't wait to welcome you to the Big Blue Centennial pool this May for swimming classes! While we keep our 90-degree pool water warm, let's get to know the two Senior Managers, Jamie Hammond and Sandy Mayer.

"Think Fast" with Jamie:

Q: What hobbies do you enjoy?
A: Hiking in the mountains, riding the Harley with my husband, working out, long walks

Q: Where would you visit, anywhere in the world, if it was free?
A: Ireland…. My dad is 100% Irish, and I have family there that I have never met

Q: What do you love about Big Blue?
A: I love the Big Blue Family and the passion they have for teaching kids the life safety skill of swimming lessons. I am excited about being able to make a difference each day in children’s lives, not only by teaching them to swim, but to inspire them, help build confidence, and help them grow. Plus I love seeing those smiles every day!

"Think Fast" with Sandy:

Q: What is your favorite thing to do?
A: Spend time at the lake with my family

Q: What is your go-to dessert?
A: Anything dark chocolate

Q: What do you love about Big Blue?
A: As a mom of three kids who spends tons of time in and around the water, I am passionate about safety and kids swim lessons. When the Big Blue opportunity arose, it was the perfect chance for me to combine my love of working with kids and being around the water.

When we open this May, make sure to shout out or give a wave to Sandy and Jamie. Along with our amazing team of Swim Associates, they can't wait to open the doors to the families of Centennial, Littleton, Parker and Aurora for swim lessons and to experience the Big Blue Difference.
