Your Path to Owning a Big Blue Swim School
Introduction
The process begins with introductory conversations with the franchise development team. During this stage, candidates review the Big Blue opportunity, complete their ownership questionnaire, and receive the Franchise Disclosure Document for review.
Education & Planning
Prospective franchisees participate in a series of calls covering key areas of the business, including the pre-opening process, pool operations and readiness, curriculum, and community engagement. Candidates will review their financial model developing their business plan and confirming their target territory.
Planning
Candidates begin developing their business plan and confirming their target territory. Financial pre-approval and executive discussions help prepare prospective owners for the next step in the process.
Commitment
Qualified candidates attend Dive-In Day, an in-depth experience with the Big Blue leadership team. This stage includes final approvals, background checks, and engagement with franchise counsel if needed.
Agreement & Signing
This stage includes legal documentation, real estate and development planning, and preparation for opening a Big Blue Swim School. Once the franchise agreement is finalized, new owners begin onboarding.
New Franchise Owner Orientation
New franchise owners attend orientation with the Big Blue team, where they receive deeper training and begin preparing for the development and launch of their location.
