When You Arrive
As you enter our doors at Big Blue, you’ll be greeted by one of our friendly staff members at the front desk. They can help answer any questions you might have and direct you to one of our spacious changing rooms.
Check-In
After you’re finished changing, please find a seat in our lobby. One of our helpful staff members will call you up for check-in about 5–10 minutes before your lesson begins.
During Your Lesson
If you’re not joining your child in the pool, no worries! We’ve got plenty of seating in our lobby, complete with free Wi-Fi, so you can relax and enjoy the show. While you’re kicking back, your little one will be building their skills and confidence with the help of our amazing instructors. Reminder: A parent or caregiver is required to stay on premises at all times.
After Your Lesson
Once your swimmer wraps up their lesson, head to our kid-approved showers on the pool deck! Then it’s off to the changing rooms to change and use the hair dryers if desired. If your child’s still buzzing with energy, our lobby has you covered—with space to wind down before heading home.
Start anytime, there’s no wait! Consistent lessons build skills and confidence.
