Meet the Tustin General Manager: Danae Marquez
While our Big Blue swim instructors make swim lessons so special for your kids, it's the managers who keep our swim school operations running smoothly day-to-day. Danae Marquez is the General Manager at Big Blue Swim School Tustin. In this interview, Danae shares her background and gives insight into what it's like to work at Big Blue Swim School. We encourage you to give it a read and say hi to Danae when Big Blue Tustin opens!

What do you love about Big Blue?
I love the Big Blue values we strive to represent day in and day out, the atmosphere and energy at any location I have been in or worked at, and most importantly – the team! The people apart of Big Blue all have the same vision and goals making it a positive environment to work and collaborate with fellow peers as well. The investment Big Blue has in all staff, families, and kids is what makes them different. We are truly invested in seeing these kids unlock their full potential in the water.
