Annual Membership Fee

Upon enrollment and every year afterwards while enrolled, Big Blue charges a membership fee of $32 for each child, for no more than two children per family. When you become a member with us, here are all the BIG benefits you get!

Our state-of-the-art facility is very clean and staffed by dedicated instructors trained in the best techniques for helping young children develop safe habits and confidence in and around water. Enrollment can begin with infants. Our toddler swim lessons are very popular, as well as our beginning through advanced swimming classes for school-age kids.

At Big Blue Swim School, we are aware that today’s families have many demands on their time. That’s why, besides providing excellent instruction, we also make it easy for you to schedule your children for the time that best fits your schedule. You can even use our app to schedule more than one child for the same time slot.

Our Lakewood location is close to Stephen Foster Elementary School, Holmes Elementary School, Mark Twain Elementary School, and Bancroft Middle School, as well as many nearby businesses and restaurants that help busy families make the most of their time.

Unless otherwise directed by a medical professional, it is always a smart idea to consider and enroll into swim lessons. Whether they have little experience to none, Big Blue can help them on their journey!

For the safety of all students, all students are initially placed based on their age-appropriate level. Students are evaluated at each lesson by our trained staff to determine their skill levels using Big Blue’s curriculum. It is not uncommon for swimmers to move up levels quickly if they have previous swim experience.
